Send a new prescription

Send us a photo of your prescription so we can start preparing it, then choose pickup or delivery.

If you send us a photo, we still need the original prescription before we can give you your medication. Please bring it with you when you pick up. For local deliveries, our driver collects the original. A prescription faxed to us directly by your doctor’s office counts as the original.

Narcotics and other controlled drugs: only existing patients of our pharmacy can send these prescriptions online, and we must collect the original before release.

You’ll need your Personal Health Number (on your BC Services Card) and the prescription number printed on your medication label.

Transfer your prescriptions to us

Moving from another pharmacy? Call us with the name and phone number of your current pharmacy and we’ll take care of the transfer for you.

Delivery

Free prescription delivery within Surrey, Delta, Langley and White Rock. Prescription medications only; excludes Schedule IA (Controlled Prescription Program) drugs, other controlled substances and narcotics, and non-prescription products. Outside these areas? Please call us.
